I made up this blend one time when my kids were asking me to buy flavored potato chips. Instead of buying artificially flavored chips full of MSG, I buy non-flavored, salted chips and toss with this spice mix. I also use this mix to season anything from potato wedges, jicama fries, dips, butters, and as allround seasoning for pretty much anything. You can also add some medicinal mushroom powder to enhance the medicinal quality of this amazingly tasty seasoning. 

Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk until well combined and any lumps are gone. Store in a sealed container in a dry and dark place for up to 6 months. Or store in a shaker at the table for everyday use.
