Sauté the onoin in the oil until translucent. Add the garlic and spices and continue to sauté for a couple of minutes, then add the tomato paste. 

In a blender, blend the cashews and water until smooth. Add the cashew cream, cauliflower and chickpeas and bring to boil. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with brown rice.
